SUMMER SCHEDULE

All classes are upon booking only and take place with respect to the current physical distanciation and hygene rules. Should you book a class and not cancel it at least 3 hours before class start it will be considered as a class you have attended to.  

Beach classes are less dynamic than those at the Villa Tiki. You need to be in a "normal" health condition to attend classes meaning you do not have any current or chronicle injuries. You should be able to go from a lying down position to a standing one easily and without any assistance. Should you have any questions please contact me.  

Always practice with benevolence and respect towards your body and mind. Be attentive to what you feel. As a yoga practitioner and student you are responsible for your own practice, security and well-being. 

The responsibility and choice to enter a pose or not, to stay in it or come out is yours entirely.

Slower exploration of postures focusing on stretching, relaxation and pranayama.

Yin yoga, more passive and meditative practice, postures are held for a long time with weak muscular engagement.
