L'Abhyanga
A Nurturing Cocoon to Reconnect with Yourself
Duration: 60 to 90 minutes
Style: Enveloping, restorative, toning, harmonizing
Rooted in Ayurvedic tradition, Abhyanga literally means "warm oil massage." I practice it with as much mindfulness as possible, with the intention of offering you a true ritual of body reconnection and renewal — tailored to your needs in the moment.
Combining enveloping, stimulating and deeply relaxing strokes, this massage works the body as a whole: muscles unwind, energy flows freely, and tension melts away to restore fluidity and balance. Warm oil, generously applied, envelops the skin — nourishing, purifying, and creating a continuous, grounding touch that is both restorative and revitalizing.
Sensitive areas — the head, hands and palms — are fully integrated into the experience, to deepen body awareness and foster a gentle, reassuring sense of connection to yourself. Gradually, the mind settles, the breath opens, and the body rediscovers lightness, vitality and ease.

-

-
Cultivates serenity and a sense of wholeness

The Swedish massage
Release Tension and Restore Mobility
Duration : 60 ou 90 minutes
Style : Relaxing, toning, targeted and adaptable
Swedish massage is a classic technique widely recognized for its effectiveness in releasing tension, improving circulation and restoring mobility to the body. Particularly popular among athletes for recovery and physical preparation, it is suitable for anyone experiencing muscle tension and looking to find relief — regardless of their lifestyle.
Through a combination of precise strokes — effleurage, petrissage, friction, tapotement and vibration — the massage works the muscles progressively and mindfully. The touch can be either deeply relaxing or more invigorating, adapted to your needs, to release areas of tension and support your overall wellbeing.
How the Session Unfolds
Every session is fully personalized. The duration and areas worked are adapted to your needs in the moment:
-
A session can be very targeted (legs, back, arms…)
-
Or more global, depending on the time available and your priorities
The examples below offer a general guide, and are by no means a fixed protocol.
-
60 minutes: focused work on one or more priority areas
-
90 minutes: a broader session, with the option to give extra attention to specific areas rather than covering the entire body
-
The goal is not to "cover the whole body" — but to work where your body truly needs it most.
Benefits
-
Releases muscle tension and stiffness
-
Improves blood and lymphatic circulation
-
Supports muscle recovery
-
Enhances mobility and flexibility
-
Brings physical relaxation and mental calm

Le Deep Tissue
Release Deep-Seated Tension and Restore Balance
Duration: 60 to 90 minutes
Style: Targeted, intense, progressive and mindful
Deep Tissue is a massage focused on working the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, designed to release stubborn tension, improve mobility and guide the body toward better postural balance. This is not a cocooning massage: the touch is slow, precise and deep — but never forceful.
This work is grounded in attentive listening to the body and active collaboration with the person receiving the massage. Breath, sensations and open communication are an integral part of each session, allowing for a progressive and lasting release of tension.
Who Is This Massage For?
Deep Tissue is suited for people experiencing chronic tension, persistent stiffness or discomfort related to regular physical activity or repetitive postures. It is particularly appreciated by athletes and active individuals.
That said, if you are going through a period of significant stress, emotional exhaustion or recent trauma, this massage may feel too intense. Working deeply into the tissues can bring stored tension or emotions to the surface. In that case, a gentler approach will be suggested.
How the Session Works
Deep Tissue is practiced in a respectful and safe environment. Every stroke is guided by your breath and your body's responses, to encourage genuine release — never forced.
A 90-minute session allows for an initial targeted session. For deeper and more lasting results, a course of sessions is generally recommended:
-
3 sessions (1 × 90 min + 2 × 60 min) for one area of the body
-
5 sessions for two areas
-
10 sessions for a full or near-complete body reset
The number of sessions is always adjusted based on your needs and how your body responds.
Benefits
-
Releases deep-seated muscle tension
-
Improves mobility and posture
-
Reduces pain associated with chronic tension
-
Enhances body awareness
-
Lasting sensation of lightness and physical comfort
