Carmen offers a yoga retreat to fill up with energy before the holiday season and the Winter to come. 

Go with the flow of the lifestyle offered by yoga and surfing.

This is what will be going on:

- A 90 min Yoga practice every morning (asana, pranayama, mantra, meditation)

- A specific practice each evening except on the "day off".

- An optional workshop or 2 according to demand, 

- An individual interview so that Carmen can get yo know you better, followed by an adapted practice of max 3 ppl.  

- Circles to share and express yourself, etc ...

- A goodie bag.

In summary, from 1h30 to 4h of practice per day, adaptable according to your needs. 

  The beach of Costa Calma is made of white sands and refreshing turquoise waters. Its paradisiacal shore invites you to explore it by going on a meditative walk. It offers an impressive view of the coast covered with eroded ocher mountains. In just a few steps you can get out of the pool of Rapa Nui Surfcamp and jump into the sea as it is located directly above Costa Calma in the southern part of Fuerteventura.

With its bar, surf shop and restaurant all around, Rapa Nui is perfect for meeting new people and making new friendships.

Wake up to the sound of the ocean and swaying palm trees! Open your doors, enjoy the rising sun, and start your yoga and surf vacation with a healthy breakfast.

The complex has 2 swimming pools and a beautiful solarium terrace surrounded by tropical gardens with ocean views! The fine white sand beach of Costa Calma is right outside your door!

All bungalows are fully equipped and contain a comfortable bedroom, an elegant bathroom with shower or bath, a modern and fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with additional sofa bed (3rd person possible), satellite TV / free internet access and a large terrace or balcony. Whether you come alone or with a friend, partner or family: We prepare your room according to your wishes in a single or double room.

They are equipped with a small safe (small supplement at reception), telephone, flat screen TV, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and hairdryer. The staff will regularly clean the accommodation. Bed linen and towels are also included, but unfortunately no beach towels. Use of a washing machine is free for each guest.
