Cancellation Policy

YOGA CLASSES — Booking & Cancellation Policy Any class that is booked and cancelled less than 6 hours before the start time will be considered taken and charged in full. If payment was made by credit card, please note that card processing fees (€0.60 per €10) will not be refunded. If your cancellation occurs after the time limits mentioned above, the session will be charged in full — or, if you hold a class pass, deducted from your remaining balance. Class passes are NON-TRANSFERABLE, have a LIMITED VALIDITY and will not be extended — except in the case of illness or injury, upon presentation of a medical certificate. In the event of my unavailability, illness or training commitments, you will be notified with sufficient notice, and where possible a replacement class will be offered. Any other reason for requesting a postponement — lack of motivation, moving house, holidays, etc. — will not be accepted as valid grounds for deferral.
