Parent + Children Yoga

A cocoon of complicity and sharing
Awaken to the body, to breathing, to self-observation.
Postures in pairs, sometimes acrobatic, relaxation, sharing and listening.
The whole class is wrapped around a story around about end of year celebrations, love and sharing.
N.B: The term “parent” is to be taken in the broad sense, ideally the activity is done as a duo, an adult + a child.
10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. :Children aged 6 to 10-15€/couple - 23€/family of 4 max - club membership rate; +4€ non-members
11:15 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.: Kindergarten children- 12€/couple - 18€/family of 4 max - club member rate; +4€ non-members
