About Clea who works with me:
Mother of a little boy and soon to be a second, I am also a sophrologist and I regularly accompany women in one-to-one sessions in the office around various issues related to perinatal care. It's been a while since the idea of creating a group, of meeting you around this theme trotting in my head and it is done! Pregnancy, childbirth and the first moments with her baby are absolutely unique periods of life that upset us, transcend us or can cause us to lose ground. This is why I have at heart, through the practice of sophrology, but also through the exchanges and listening that will surround these workshops, to communicate to you tools, techniques or quite simply moments of good- being and returning to yourself which will allow you to get to know yourself better in order to go through all the adventures that will surround the birth of your child as serenely as possible.
Sophrology
Sophrology is a method that allows us to become aware of our bodily dimension, our emotions, the movement of our thoughts, but also our own values.
As part of perinatal support, it allows you to (re) connect to your body, to learn to put a distance from ruminations or anxious anticipations, to project yourself positively throughout your pregnancy, and, in complementarity with the support of a midwife, to prepare for this incredible event that is childbirth.
Pre-natal Yoga
Prenatal yoga accompanies the pregnant woman in all the changes (physiological, mental and emotional) by providing her with tools combining postural work, breathing and meditation.
Live fully in your body and mind, connect and make room for this little being who is growing inside you. This is what I offer you during prenatal Yoga classes using the De Gasquet method.
The APOR method (Posturo-Respiratory Approach) by Dr Bernadette De Gasquet offers postural techniques associated with correct breathing (Physiological), giving benchmarks to better carry your evolving body and better carry baby. This approach, impregnated / borrows of the philosophy of yoga allows to relieve the pains and to calm the mind which becomes exhilarated by all that is happening and will happen ....
Postnatal Yoga
A period of transition, a period of recovery with a work of gently re-approving your body
